As a Route Intern, you will rotate between different departments within our Group of Companies. Each Intern will follow a rotation program specifically designed for them based on their interests and skill sets. This rotation program aims to give the Interns exposure to a variety of career paths. Interns will continuously receive practical and theoretical training.

The Route Management internship focuses on giving young people the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields while receiving theoretical training. The Interns will follow a rotation program that will allow them to spend time working in and observing different departments. Departments may vary from group to group or city to city, however, it will typically include the following: Accounting, Creditors, Debtors, Human Resource, Import and Exports, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Procurement and Health & Safety.
Anyone between the ages of 18 and 22 with a Grade 12 Certificate can apply.
The initial phase of the Internship will run for a period of 3 to 12 months, conditional on the Intern meeting the required milestones at each set interval.
